Leading Accounts Receivable

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage aged debt reports, clear receipts from payments, and ensure timely payments from clients.
This role requires a balance of strong communication skills and financial knowledge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and reviewing aged debt reports, clearing receipts, contacting clients regarding outstanding invoices, negotiating payment commitments, performing credit checks on new clients, setting up new clients in the system, maintaining accurate records, liaising with the finance team, and monitoring and reporting on collection progress to senior management.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in credit control or accounts receivable, strong communication skills, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines, proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software, knowledge of credit checks and debt collection processes, and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
