Mobile Repair Technician

Job Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair all kinds of mobile devices, tablets, and other mobile electronics accessories
  • Manage time efficiently and finish all repairs in a timely manner
  • Ensure all KPIs are met within the allowable target grade
  • Thoroughly and efficiently perform quality repair work, with no backjobs. Self-audit the repairs to ensure no errors.
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders, including CSRs, parts controllers, admin officers, and the service manager to ensure all repairs are monitored and completed
  • Maintain report logs of in-progress and/or completed work
  • Keep shared repair and office spaces organized
  • Follow all communication procedures, company guidelines, and policies

Requirements

  • TESDA NC2 on Electronics or Computer Hardware Servicing
  • Punctual and prepared at all times
  • Works quickly, but accurately
  • Strong time manager with respect for deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to spot errors with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Computer literate
  • Team player
