  • The Learning Experience Manager is responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of existing and new applications to meet an enterprise's functional business requirements and operational needs.
  • Manage the initiation, development, and implementation of site-wide initiatives for the training department.
  • Drive campaign-specific training programs for Team Leaders and Teammates.
  • Create and maintain necessary materials related to maximizing campaign task mastery and personal development.
  • Pioneer all campaign-specific training needs and programs in the organization.
  • Execute TL and TM development training, including detailed curriculum, training, and evaluation.
  • Maintain all relevant training materials and documents for trainees at all levels.
  • Ensure that all trainings provided are aligned with specific campaign and company objectives.
  • Explore proactively the specific needs of every department and campaign to develop training materials as needed.
  • Propose and publish a year-long training calendar with specific quarterly objectives.
  • Plan total training policies, programs, new testing tools, methods, and systems.

Requirements

">
  • A minimum of 2 years of managerial and/or supervisory role experience.
  • BPO experience required.
  • Excellence in presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High independence and motivation.
  • Commitment to oversee projects to completion.
  • Ability to adapt and level any training materials to a given audience.
  • Knowledge in using Google and MS Office applications.
