General Accounting Professional

As a Senior General Ledger Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and performing general ledger activities including Fixed Assets, Intangibles, Leases, Intercompany Transactions, Transfer Pricing, Prepaids, GRIR, Stock Rotation, Accruals, and Tax-related entries.
- Manage the accounting cycle to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and conduct variance analysis.
- Collaborate with AP, AR, Payroll, FP&A, and other teams to ensure data integrity.
- CPA certification is required.
- Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA is essential.
- Strong understanding of IFRS or GAAP, accounting principles, and internal financial controls.
- Skilled in using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and banking platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and clear communication skills.
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Collaborative, self-motivated, and driven individual.
As a remote setup position, this role requires flexibility and adaptability. The ideal candidate should be able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high productivity and accuracy. Work may involve night shift hours on the US West Coast.
