Job Responsibilities
  • Data Entry: Accurately input purchase orders (POs) and invoices into accounting software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Financial Data Management: Utilize accounting software to organize and manage financial data, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Bills Reconciliation: Reconcile bills and invoices with accounts payable records, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies as needed.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist with generating financial reports, statements, and summaries as requested by management or clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or similar role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
  • Strong numerical and data entry skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in bookkeeping or accounting (e.g., Associate's degree in Accounting or relevant field).
  • Experience with reconciling bills and accounts payable processes.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.
