Financial Leadership Role

This leadership position oversees the organization's financial functions, ensuring strategic growth and prudent investment management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage the Finance Department, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, board reports, and business forecasts for executive review.
  • Oversee cash flow management, capital planning, and investment strategies to optimize returns.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; preferably with CMA certification; MBA or Master's degree is an advantage.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in Finance, Investments, and Accounting, with 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong background in internal controls, audit, financial modeling, and project evaluation.
