Healthcare Authorization Expert

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Authorizations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work with skilled professionals who prioritize employee satisfaction and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Resolve complex issues and accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
- Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transactions, feedback, etc.
- At least 6 months experience handling a Healthcare Account in a BPO setting.
- Familiarity with US Healthcare Insurance requirements.
- Knowledge of Authorizations procedures.
- Strong verbal and written English skills.
- Ability to display empathy and patience in addressing customer concerns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to a changing work environment.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software.
- Amenable to working flexible shifts, including nights.
