Job Description:

Responsibilities and requirements are listed below.

Responsibilities
  • Provides customer support through different communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Resolves issues and accommodates customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
  • Collaborates with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintains accurate records on customer interactions, transactions, feedback, etc.
Requirements
  • At least 6 months BPO experience handling a Healthcare Account
  • Familiar with US Healthcare Insurance
  • Knowledge of Authorizations
  • Good verbal and written English skills
  • Ability to display empathy and patience in addressing customer concerns
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability to a changing work environment
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software
  • Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati or Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
  • Amenable to working night shift
