About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Growth Specialist to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive user growth and engagement for our online learning platform.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop innovative digital marketing campaigns to acquire new users and retain existing ones

  • Optimise search engine marketing and social media strategies to increase visibility and conversion rates

  • Analyse user data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall user experience and drive business objectives

  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to enhance our competitive edge

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the e-learning or SaaS industry

  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, and content marketing

  • Proficient in data analysis and the use of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms

  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
