About the Role

This role will lead a team of marketers in developing and executing growth strategies to drive revenue and user adoption for our investment product portfolio. You will oversee the execution of high-impact campaigns, foster a collaborative team culture, and establish strong functional excellence.

  • Manage a team of Marketing Managers/Leads, providing coaching, guidance, and hands-on support.
  • Drive impactful go-to-market product launches by owning development of audience strategy, messaging, positioning, and communication strategies.
  • Develop research plans to uncover customer insights, steer and validate product roadmaps, and stay on top of the competitive landscape.
  • Run experiments to test hypotheses and bring analytical rigour to campaigns.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 8 years of marketing experience with experience leading teams in fast-paced companies.
  • Strong marketing strategy capabilities and experience, with proven ability to diagnose market and brand insights.
  • Business acumen and results-driven mindset, capable of tying marketing activities to larger business objectives.
