Job Overview

The role entails providing data support and services across various global markets. This includes monitoring corporate action events, collecting information on upcoming meetings, and tracking meeting results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring corporate action events such as shareholders meetings from sources like stock exchanges and company websites
  • Procuring relevant shareholder meeting documents including Annual Reports and Proxy Forms
  • Contacting companies by email or phone for engagement purposes
  • Collecting meeting details such as date, type, record date, location, time, and voting instructions
  • Ascertaining securities that have voting rights in a meeting; extracting meeting agendas and encoding them to the database
  • Inputting correct Voting Instructions such as Valid Vote Options and Market Deadline Dates
  • Collecting results of the meetings and inputting them to the database
  • Assisting in other relevant projects as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors' Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent course
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese
  • Ability to work within a team-oriented environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
