Are you a master of data analytics and interpretation? We seek a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Data Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for applying your analytical skills to analyze and interpret complex data sets.


Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, mathematics, or computer science, with expertise in programming languages such as R and SQL. You will design and write programs for data extraction, segmentation, and statistical analysis on large population datasets.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop predictive risk management and business intelligence solutions for credit card issuers, auto & mortgage lenders, collections agencies, and retail banks.
  • Partner with internal and external cross-functional teams to drive new business initiatives and deliver long-term value-added product propositions for customers.
  • Design and write programs for data extraction, segmentation, and statistical analysis on large population datasets using languages such as R and SQL.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:


  • A bachelor's degree or above in statistics, applied mathematics, financial mathematics, computer science, engineering, operations research, or another highly quantitative field.
  • Evidence of strong analytical, critical, and creative thinking and willingness to take initiative in problem-solving.
  • Advanced programming skills and aptitude; mastery with statistical programs such as R language; mastery of other programming and data manipulation languages and big data platforms (SQL).
  • Ability to lead complex analytic projects under limited supervision.
