Production Helper Job Description

Job Title: Production Helper Department: Manufacturing / Operations Reports To: Production Supervisor or Line Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for hardworking and dependable Production Helpers to support our manufacturing operations. This role involves assisting machine operators, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth workflow on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up and operating machinery according to safety protocols
  • Load and unload materials onto production lines
  • Inspect and sort products for quality control
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment
  • Pack finished goods and prepare them for shipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Document production data such as quantity and type of goods produced
  • Support inventory management and report shortages or damages
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
  • Follow health and safety regulations at all times2

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in a factory or production environment is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
  • Basic understanding of machinery and safety procedures
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php600.00 per day
