Job Title:

Credit Risk Manager


We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Credit Risk Manager. As a key member of our Credit Support Unit, you will be responsible for managing credit risk and implementing remedial measures to ensure the bank's assets are protected.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and review loan proposal analysis from Lending Units to ensure accurate credit risk assessment for existing and prospective borrowers.
  • Evaluate credit requests, reports, and account renewals to guarantee quality and timely completion.
  • Assess credit risk ratings and classifications, adhering to bank policies and documentation.
  • Manage non-performing loans, identifying potential issues and initiating remedial efforts.
  • Ensure team performance against set Key Result Areas (KRAs).
  • Coordinate talent acquisition and career development programs with HR partners.
  • Comply with the bank's Business Continuity Program.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure loan proposals meet requirements and collateral deviations are mitigated.
  • Perform administrative duties and supervise Credit personnel.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of Business-related courses, preferably Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
  • At least 5 years of experience in credit management, focusing on commercial and corporate loans.
  • People Manager experience is required.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to meet deadlines are essential.
