Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

This is a high-profile opportunity to lead and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives that drive tangible results.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and own a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all channels, identifying trends and opportunities through market, competitor, and audience research.
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs), track results, and iterate rapidly to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Present ideas and plans confidently to stakeholders, showcasing the potential for growth and innovation.
  • Lead and mentor additional marketing hires as the business scales, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Campaign Execution & Management
  • Run paid ad campaigns from start to finish, including creative direction, A/B testing, and ongoing optimization across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Schedule, publish, and manage content calendars across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and maximum reach.
  • Monitor performance and continuously improve creative and targeting strategies to achieve optimal results.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and/or LinkedIn.
  • Demonstrable expertise in copywriting, creative direction, and content strategy, with a strong portfolio or case studies showing tangible results.
  • Advanced understanding of analytics platforms, including GA4, Facebook Pixel, and UTM tracking.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), with confidence and potential to manage a small marketing team in future.
