The role of a Subject Matter Expert (SME) involves providing expert support and guidance to virtual marketing assistants (Doers) in digital marketing and tool-related matters.

Responsibilities include answering real-time queries, troubleshooting issues in various marketing tools, assisting with founder escalations, creating how-to resources, and collaborating with teams to improve systems.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing or SME roles
  • Familiarity with at least 5 of the following tools: Canva, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Shopify, ChatGPT, GoHighLevel, Mailchimp
  • Excellent written communication and structured problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain complex tools in simple terms
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking

This role requires flexibility, availability, and a strong ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to explain complex concepts simply, and have a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
