We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and engagement.

Your primary goal will be to leverage various digital channels to promote our brand, products, or services, and to build strong relationships with our target audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of your campaigns.

As a seasoned digital marketer, you have a deep understanding of online marketing principles and best practices. You possess excellent analytical skills, and you are well-versed in using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads. Your expertise in search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click advertising (PPC), and social media marketing is essential to our success.

In addition to your technical skills, you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which enable you to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns, including keyword research and bid management.
  • Conduct thorough SEO audits and implement recommendations to improve website rankings and visibility.
  • Create and curate engaging content across multiple channels, including social media, blogs, and email newsletters.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a leadership or senior specialist role.
  • Expert-level knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and WordPress.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
