About This Role

We're seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global enterprise, you'll play a vital role in driving organic traffic, enhancing Google Maps visibility, and increasing inbound leads across all service areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize and manage multiple Google Business Profiles across markets, ensuring accuracy and keyword relevance.
  • Monitor GBP Insights to track visibility, calls, and directions, making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Conduct keyword research specific to each service and area, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Create and optimize service pages and location pages, applying on-page best practices for maximum impact.
  • Build a blog/content calendar with FAQ-based articles and seasonal content, regularly updating content to maintain rankings.
  • Write and publish customer-focused guides to capture organic traffic and educate homeowners, repurposing content for social platforms.
  • Monitor site speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile responsiveness, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Manage sitemaps, robots.txt, redirects, and broken links, maintaining clean site structure and indexability.
  • Build consistent NAP citations across major directories and acquire local backlinks through sponsorships and partnerships.
  • Monitor online mentions and reputation management, tracking traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.
