Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. As an integral member of our accounting department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial transactions.


As an Accounts Payable Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include reviewing invoices for accuracy, processing payments, and maintaining vendor relationships. You will work closely with our accounting team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

Fundamental Responsibilities:

  • Review and process invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vendor information and payment history
  • Process payments in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
