Job DescriptionThis Sales Account Manager position involves managing and growing key client relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively managing and nurturing relationships with assigned portfolio of high-value clients
- Identifying and capitalizing on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Gathering client feedback and working closely with product and service delivery teams to ensure exceptional customer experience
- Developing and executing strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborating with marketing team to create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments
- Providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership team
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 2–3 years of proven experience in sales account management, preferably in fintech or payments industry
- Excellent relationship-building and client management skills, with ability to influence and negotiate
- Strong knowledge in digital payments
- Strong commercial acumen and track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in use of sales reporting tools for creating presentations and reports
- A team player with ability to work collaboratively across different departments
