Job Overview:

The Junior Business Analyst role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about business analysis and project management.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can elicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating and maintaining process flows, business models, and system documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. They should also have 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, including internships or entry-level positions.

The Junior Business Analyst will perform basic data analysis to identify trends and insights. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of business requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting gap analyses to identify discrepancies in business processes. They will develop user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile projects and assist in developing test plans and participating in user acceptance testing.

Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, the Junior Business Analyst will prepare and maintain project-related documents.

About You:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, including internships or entry-level positions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis tools like Excel or SQL.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
