Key Automation Specialist

The automation specialist will spearhead the design, development and implementation of high-impact automation solutions that transform HR processes. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver smart solutions that drive exceptional outcomes.

This is an opportunity for a seasoned automation expert to craft complex automations that reshape HR processes by leveraging UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform (including Copilot Studio) technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering scalable and maintainable automations with clear documentation.

Focused Deliverables and Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end delivery of high-priority automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in HR processes.
  • Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable automations with clear documentation.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and participate in peer reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Recommend and trial new approaches, tools, or features to enhance delivery and contribute to reusable components and best practices.

Required Expertise and Experience:

  • Proven experience delivering automation solutions using UiPath and/or Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).
  • Ability to design solutions balancing impact, maintainability, and ease of use.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience supporting colleagues through technical guidance or mentoring.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Exposure to ServiceNow HR Service Delivery or other HR systems.
  • Interest in AI-driven automation or conversational experiences.
  • Knowledge of HR operations and processes.
