About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical assistance to employees, resolving issues related to computer systems, software applications, hardware devices, and network connectivity.
  2. Install, configure, and troubleshoot MacOS and Windows operating systems, peripherals, and common office software.
  3. Monitor and maintain network connections, identifying and resolving connectivity issues.
  4. Maintain, upgrade, and manage company SaaS tools.
  5. Track and manage system/application access, ensuring permissions are updated for new hires and leavers.
  6. Reformat laptops, set up workstations, and prepare hardware for new starters or upgrades.
  7. Keep accurate documentation of IT tasks, issue resolutions, asset inventories, and software licenses.
  8. Stay updated on new technologies and suggest improvements to enhance company operations.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields are welcome to apply.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of MacOS and Windows operating systems, including their installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
