About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering effective training sessions that equip trainees with the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training plans aligned with business objectives and operational goals.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and develop a plan for continuous improvement.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to trainees, ensuring they meet quality standards and adhere to company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in training and managing teams.
  • Excellent teaching skills and ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English is essential.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
Technical Requirements:
  • Laptop or desktop with Core i3 processor and 8 GB RAM.
  • Dual screen setup for efficient work.
  • Headset: any A4Tech or Jabra USB-type headset.
  • Internet connection: Wired connection minimum of 30 Mbps with backup internet.
