Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely updating of cases related to Complaint – Erroneous Consumption through tickets and customer requests. This role also includes processing billing adjustments due to erroneous readings.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor cases related to Complaint – Erroneous Consumption, identifying key issues and implementing solutions
  • Ensure proper filing and retrieval of documents (Service Contracts), maintaining accurate records and reducing paperwork
  • Create FA/FO for inspections due to miscodes and illegal reconnections, streamlining processes and improving efficiency
  • Process billing adjustments due to high consumption (HighCon) and erroneous readings, minimizing errors and maximizing revenue
Requirements
  • College graduate of any business-related course, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using Google applications, with experience in CRM processes, CCB, MDM, and Zendesk systems an added advantage
