Healthcare Recruiter Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced healthcare recruiter with a strong background in recruitment and preferably nursing experience to support our growing demand for international care workers.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening and onboarding skilled healthcare professionals ensuring alignment with global standards and partner requirements. A key responsibility is the end-to-end recruitment of international healthcare workers including Registered Nurses and Allied Health Professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media and referrals
  • Conducting initial interviews and clinical assessments
  • Coordinating with training, migration and deployment teams for seamless candidate processing
  • Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline aligned with deployment targets

As part of this role you will also be required to ensure candidates meet partner specific qualifications and country-specific compliance such as AHPRA registration for Australia.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related medical field preferred
  • Proven experience in medical or healthcare recruitment (minimum 2 years)
  • Familiarity with international healthcare deployment processes is an advantage
  • Strong interviewing, screening and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities
