Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled team facilitator to support our engineering teams and help us build high-impact software and features that deliver value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication.
  • Maintain project progress by keeping all stakeholders informed and on track.
  • Provide timely feedback to enhance team performance.
  • Promote agile methodologies and practices within the organization.
  • Orient, educate, and mentor scrum team members.
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, etc.
  • Support Product Owners in refining, arranging, and optimizing product backlogs.
  • Remove obstacles hindering team progress.
  • Tune Agile practices to better facilitate software delivery.
  • Coordinate with release planning and deployment activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of agile frameworks, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Agile Scrum Master Certification is highly preferred.
