Career Development Facilitator

We are seeking a dedicated Training Specialist to deliver high-quality training sessions, coach learners, and maintain facilitation best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver impactful training sessions for new hires, continuous education, and skill refreshers.
- Coach learners on training performance and behavioral opportunities to drive development and improvement.
- Maintain facilitation best practices by ensuring trainers meet standards.
- Coordinate logistics for training events, including venue, equipment, materials, and other requirements.
- Prepare and submit daily reports with pertinent information logged.
- Update various training databases and files regularly.
- Administer training satisfaction surveys and gather feedback from new hire trainees.
- Provide information for playbook discussions, training performance files, and training calendars.
- Respond to inquiries related to the trainer's subject matter expertise.
- Design instructional materials for new hire training, continuous education, and information dissemination.
This role requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles, effective communication skills, and the ability to design engaging training content. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve training goals.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in any field, with training experience a plus.
- Minimum one year of training experience required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential.
- Strong technical skills in MS Excel necessary.
