The Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer care, technical support, and e-commerce teams. This includes overseeing multiple teams, applying the Employee Handbook to direct reports, and monitoring client escalation.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply the Employee Handbook to direct reports
- Monitor client escalation and respond quickly to address concerns and issues
- Oversee multiple teams in the customer care, technical support, and e-commerce industries
- Work closely with the Work Force Manager/RTA to meet the scheduling needs of different accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Holder
- 2-3 years' work experience as an Operations Manager
- Minimum of 8-10 years' experience working in BPO Industries
- Amendable to work on site
- Able to start as soon as possible
Benefits
J-K Network Services offers a competitive salary of Php70,000 (negotiable) and a comprehensive benefits package, including government-mandated benefits, 13th month pay, HMO, sick leave credits, and vacation leave credits.
