About This Opportunity

This position involves providing exceptional service to clients by serving as their primary point of contact for all account-related matters.

You will be responsible for managing changes to existing client accounts, ensuring timely movement through the workflow, and addressing client needs or concerns in a professional manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client accounts and moving projects through the workflow efficiently.
  • Collaborating with clients and their Sales Tax Accountants to resolve issues related to tax settings, platforms, permits, and offboarding.
  • Conducting nexus obligation analyses and working with the Onboarding Specialist to present results before client meetings.
  • Updating and testing tax collection settings on platforms for permit start/end dates.
  • Managing permit closures, final billings, paperwork, and system removals to ensure a positive end experience.
  • Providing support across listed areas to maximize onboarding efficiency.
  • Serving as the primary contact for billing-related changes or issues across all clients.
  • Identifying and implementing workflow improvements with the Onboarding Team.

Main Responsibilities
