We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Customer Support Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full onboarding process for temporary education professionals, ensuring compliance with district and state requirements.
  • Provide payroll support services, including verifying contractor information, reviewing weekly timesheets, and coordinating with the payroll team.
  • Prepare and send client contracts to school district contacts, track their status, and maintain organized records of signed contracts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in an onboarding, compliance, or credentialing role
  • Strong knowledge of school district onboarding and credentialing requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of onboarding processes in the education sector, and a proactive mindset for supporting both candidates and internal teams.

This is a remote full-time position that requires excellent organizational skills, clear written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
