Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Paid Social Lead to oversee our largest channels in North America. This role will work closely with a team of Paid Social experts to scale cost-effective customer acquisition and reactivation campaigns across multiple search and biddable product categories. The ideal candidate will help develop and execute the strategic plan, use analytics to inform decisions, and drive execution to optimize marketing efforts against company goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, and execute paid social campaigns from inception to completion.
  • Use data analysis to optimize campaign performance for channel ROI.
  • Manage campaign trafficking, quality control, campaign launch, reporting, and analysis.
  • Optimize campaign performance towards activation, retention, and reactivation goals.
  • Report on campaign KPIs to key stakeholders.
  • Partner with internal teams to optimize campaign performance.
  • Develop relationships with key paid social partners to nurture performance growth.
  • Provide project management support to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Manage external partners and contractors to maximize performance.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of efficient growth through solid understanding of paid social metrics.
  • Experience running large multi-million dollar growth campaigns on paid social media platforms.
  • Strong communications and presenting skills with an eye for creative performance.
  • Quantitative and analytical skills to optimize day-to-day performance.
  • A process-improvement mindset to increase efficiency.
  • Familiarity with the fast-paced startup environment.
  • Positive attitude towards challenges and new opportunities.
  • 3+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns directly or at a performance marketing agency.
  • Proficiency in Excel for performance analysis.
  • Knowledge of Facebook bidding, targeting, optimization, and web tracking setup.
