Job Role

We are seeking an experienced software engineer to join our team in Southeast Asia.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience (5-7+ years) as a software engineer and can contribute from day one.

  • Experience working with Ruby projects recently is necessary, along with hands-on experience with planning and improving observability and monitoring processes.

  • Additional desirable skills include experience with Grafana/Prometheus, test-driven development, integrating external APIs, and deep understanding of distributed systems principles.

  • The chosen candidate will lead technical initiatives and be fluent in English, both verbally and written.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality code for new integrations.

  • Manage and orchestrate multiple microservices.

  • Understand, plan, and execute maintenance of existing integrations.

  • Lead and actively participate in systems architecture initiatives.

  • Improve test coverage and quality of deliverables.

  • Improve and create internal tools and libraries.

  • Mentoring and guiding other team members.

  • Participate in scaling the engineering team.
