Strategic Communications Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Communications Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that align with business goals and brand positioning. They will ensure messaging consistency across internal and external communication channels and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop clear, targeted, and engaging communication materials. Additionally, they will leverage data and insights to refine communication strategies and optimize impact.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies that align with business goals and brand positioning.
  • Ensure messaging consistency across internal and external communication channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop clear, targeted, and engaging communication materials.
  • Leverage data and insights to refine communication strategies and optimize impact.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and tracking of marketing and communication projects.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate effective communication between marketing, business units, and executive teams.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to gather insights and improve future initiatives.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in brand management and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of strategic planning and execution, project management frameworks, brand messaging and positioning, budgeting, and compliance and industry regulations.
  • Ability to develop long-term communication plans that drive business success and lead complex projects, including timeline planning, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
  • Capacity to allocate resources effectively and manage competing deadlines and high-pressure situations.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, solve problems proactively, and adapt to changing priorities.
