Job Title

Tech Stack Specialist Role
  • This is a dynamic position that supports the growth of sales teams.
  • Assists the Director of Sales Operations in setting up new accounts and sales representatives.
  • Ensures all new sales representatives are set up correctly from a technical perspective before they go live to take their first calls.
  • Helps implement and set up new technologies, systems, and processes.
  • Communicates with the marketing team on lead flow initiatives.
  • Creates and manages technology integrations using Zapier.
  • Builds automations and workflows in CRMs with instruction and oversight from the Director of Sales Operations.
  • Creates new reports and dashboards in CRMs.
  • Successfully completes the entire CRM configuration SOP for new accounts.
  • Owns OnceHub activities including creating new master page booking links, creating new booking pages, managing resource pools, updating representative availability, and keeping OnceHub links and pathways documents up to date and accurate at all times.
  • Owns tech stack related items in launching a new sales engine SOP.
  • Uploads and updates new trainings in the sales resource center.
  • Is a resident expert on all sales systems and processes.
  • Manages representative adherence to CRM process across sales teams.
  • Troubleshoots lead flow issues, CRM integration issues, or any other technical issues.
  • Ensures data accuracy in Looker Studio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dynamic role centered around supporting sales team growth.
  • Assisting Director of Sales Ops with onboarding and setup of new accounts and reps.
  • Setting up new reps correctly before they go live to take first calls.
  • Implementing and setting up new tech, systems, and processes.
  • Communicating with marketing team on lead flow initiatives.
  • Creating and managing Zapier integrations.
  • Building automations and workflows in CRMs with Director of Sales Ops' instruction.
  • Creating new reports and dashboards in CRMs.
  • Completing CRM configuration SOP for new accounts.
  • Managing OnceHub activities, including creating booking links, managing resource pools, and updating rep availability.
  • Uploading and updating new trainings in sales resource center.
  • Being an expert on all sales systems and processes.
  • Managing rep adherence to CRM process.
  • Troubleshooting lead flow and technical issues.
  • Ensuring data accuracy in Looker Studio.
