Great, let us describe what we need (YOU).

There's a considerable backlog of feature requests and high-value ($) items on our roadmap that'll help us increase our customer base & further angel funding.

There's more set-up/foundation (Automation testing, DevOps) type work that needs to be done so the foundation can be built higher.

We're putting the foundations on rock (not sand) to grow a small but competent software engineering team of A players in 2025. This gives you time to learn about the current system/architecture, etc.

*Scalability is an issue.

But who knows, this type of mandate might stress you out.
Despite the above, the company has a unique offering in a less crowded market [a new product category].

You can experiment with Complex Event Processing (CEP), semantic matching objects, web 3.0 tools/techniques & ML/AI.

Our Tech Co-Founder has built/mentored software engineers for two decades and is passionate about building enterprise-grade products. He's also a PhD and a lead guitarist in a band - we think he's pretty cool. We think you will too.
Product/Dev Team - Annual Objectives*

  • Implement user support processes, including a ticketing system, chatbot and step-by-step guides. *Stretch goal > implement DAP e.g. WalkMe etc.
  • Introduction of automated unit testing and automated testing tool section (web & mobile).
  • Experiment/extend semantic matching - by leveraging existing structured data & advances in AI technology. Research/adopt Web 3.0 technology.
  • Build out feature requests from user feedback (pilot program) and clear feature backlog.
