We are looking for a skilled Senior IT Support Specialist to enhance our technical capabilities at FreeBalance Inc. This role involves analyzing customer technical issues, developing solutions, and collaborating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze customer technical requirements and propose tailored solutions;
  2. Develop and deliver technical training programs for clients;
  3. Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients during project deployments;
  4. Provide high-quality support to Government agencies, resolving technical issues efficiently;
  5. Contribute to the development of new custom solutions, including reports and dashboards;
  6. Participate in Data Migration exercises and ensure smooth transitions;
  7. Stay up-to-date with FreeBalance Software updates and contribute to their implementation;
  8. Be prepared to travel within the APAC Region, focusing on Papua New Guinea and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field;
  • Experience working with enterprise hardware systems, networks, and application software;
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence, Dashboard, and Reporting solutions, particularly Pentaho;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
