Project Manager

As a key professional, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering projects on time and within budget. You'll be responsible for overseeing project timelines, establishing deadlines, assigning tasks, and leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Manage project resources, including budget, timeline, and personnel.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3+ years' experience in a project management role, leading medium to large-scale projects.
  • PMP certification and/or equivalent project management experience.
  • Operational management experience within the BPO/call center industry required.
