Drive business growth and success as a key support to the Project Manager. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage artwork development, and maintain accurate project data.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and track project plans, ensuring timely delivery and minimal risk.
  • Coordinate end-to-end artwork management, including version control, approvals, and delivery to meet production schedules.
  • Report on packaging transition and associated liabilities to ensure no financial impact.
  • Liaise between sales, procurement, production, regulatory, quality, and logistics teams by coordinating activities and flagging delays or disconnects.
  • Own critical project data, including timelines, project documents, and artwork process.
  • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate Product Life Cycle master data setup and updates, manage change control process, and support delisting activities in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to increase operational efficiency and support best practices in project coordination.
What You Will Bring
  • 3+ years in project coordination, managing end-to-end timelines, and supporting project management activities.
  • Project coordination experience in Consumer Packaged Goods or food manufacturing environments.
  • College Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an acceptable combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating artwork management and packaging development processes is an asset.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and ERP systems is an asset.

This is a 1-year independent contractor position with the possibility of extension. Traditional employment benefits are not included.
