Job Description

The role of the Senior Project Manager is to oversee all aspects of a project's lifecycle, from initiation to completion. This includes managing budgets, communicating progress to clients, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review project documentation provided by client services and identify potential issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
  • Manage internal project kick-off meetings with sales, panel, and programming teams to review materials, finalize project requirements, and determine timelines and schedules.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project status during the fielding process and offer recommendations to maximize sample sizes.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and that panelists receive incentive payments in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years experience in Marketing Research, preferably in Healthcare data collections.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Decipher or similar platform, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines with a high level of detail.
