We are looking for a seasoned leader who can facilitate business improvement initiatives, foster collaboration among stakeholders, and leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving results-oriented projects that enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancement, developing actionable recommendations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions.">
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results that meet or exceed agreed-upon metrics and goals.">
  • Leverage your expertise in LSS methodologies, including DMAIC, to design and implement process improvements that yield significant cost savings, productivity gains, and enhanced customer experience.">
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, stakeholders, and team members, promoting effective communication, collaboration, and accountability throughout the organization.">
  • Conduct thorough analyses, collect and analyze data, and synthesize findings to generate actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.">
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management.">
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification from a reputable institution, such as ASQ.">
  • PMP/Prince 2 certification is an asset.">
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a process excellence function, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.">
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact projects, yielding significant cost savings, productivity gains, and improved customer satisfaction.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.">
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior leaders, stakeholders, and team members.">
  • Experience working in ambiguity, with minimal direction, and the ability to think strategically and innovatively.">
  • Proficiency in statistical software, such as Minitab or JASP, and experience with various hypothesis tests and graphical tools.">
