Client Services Director

At the center of excellence for online presence, we seek a seasoned professional to lead our Client Services team. The Director will oversee client relationships and develop strategies to enhance satisfaction and retention.

  • Manage day-to-day communication with clients as primary point of contact
  • Develop strong ties with client decision-makers to ensure mutual understanding of objectives and concerns
  • Oversee comprehensive communications plans that meet strategy, budget, and timeline requirements
  • Lead a team in planning, development, and implementation of client projects
  • Monitor project progress against established milestones and budgets
  • Facilitate issue resolution during project execution
  • Prepare timely reports on project status and next steps for internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct regular check-in calls with clients to proactively address concerns and identify opportunities
  • Serve as a strategic partner to clients offering counsel and recommendations on achieving communications goals
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
  • 5+ years experience in client services or account management
  • Proven ability to maintain strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines
