Job Title: Social Media Marketing Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Social Media Marketing Leader to lead our brand's presence across social platforms. This role requires someone who understands the full customer journey online, is fluent in performance marketing strategies, and can create compelling content that drives engagement, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales across multiple social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the team to align social content with promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns to drive traffic and return on ad spend (ROAS), working closely with performance marketing teams.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics such as engagement, follower growth, conversion rates, and revenue from social channels.
  • Engage with followers and online communities to build brand loyalty and handle inquiries or feedback in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience managing social media for an eCommerce brand or digital agency.
  • Strong understanding of social commerce, platform algorithms, and the customer buying journey.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and content creation/editing software.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decisions.
