Responsibilities:
  • This role involves planning and executing relief schedules for onboard seafarers, working closely with the Fleet Manager to ensure seamless execution.
  • You will be responsible for discussing seafarer appraisal reports and making recommendations for additional training or certification as needed.
  • Prepare seafarer assignment checklists for approval prior to starting and ensure that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Follow up with seafarers to plan their pre-joining preparation and training to ensure that relief schedules are executed as planned.
  • Coordinate travel bookings, dispatch, and communication with vessels, ship managers, and agents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business or maritime preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in crewing operations or a related field.
