About The Role
TalentPop is seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional support to customers through various channels, including chat, email, and phone.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns
- Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support
- Stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
- Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once
- Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
