Customer Service Role

This position involves providing top-tier support to clients in a remote setting. As the frontline ambassador, you'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and offer guidance—all while embodying values of innovation, empathy, and excellence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or phone within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Issue Resolution: Efficiently diagnose and resolve product usage issues with customers.
  • User Onboarding: Guide new users through platform setup and onboarding steps.
  • Knowledge-Base Content: Develop and maintain knowledge-base content, FAQs, and help documentation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to communicate customer needs and expectations.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 2+ years of customer support experience, preferably in software as a service (SaaS) or tech-driven environments.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
  • A strong ability to analyze problems and guide customers through solutions.
  • Experience with support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or similar platforms.
  • The capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks in fast-paced, remote settings.
