As a seasoned bookkeeping professional, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization. Our team is dedicated to delivering top-notch financial and operational support to clients across the globe.

This opportunity offers the chance to work as a Bookkeeper with 5+ years of experience in a remote environment, contributing to both internal operations and client-facing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with international accounting standards.
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
  • Utilize accounting software platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, ZOHO Books, and others.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management and client review.
  • Support audits, tax preparation, and financial analysis as needed.
  • Assist in developing and improving bookkeeping processes and documentation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
  • Proven experience working with international companies, especially in the US market.
  • Strong proficiency in common accounting platforms like QuickBooks.
  • Familiarity with PM Bookkeeper, OJO Bookkeeping, Xero, FreshBooks, and ZOHO Books is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of US accounting practices and international financial standards.
  • Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, and presentation).
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
