Senior Compensation Strategist

We are seeking a strategic and analytical professional to lead our global compensation and benefits initiatives. This role will be responsible for collaborating with HR Business Partners and the broader HR organization to enhance and standardize corporate compensation and benefits strategies and programs.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Lead internal/external market analysis, including assessment of compensation surveys for the APJ region, to develop pay ranges and update strategies as needed.
  • Participate in global compensation and benefits surveys to ensure competitive practices are maintained.
  • Partner with the Global Compensation and Benefits team to manage the process of global merit, bonus, and equity cycles, including budget modeling, systems updates, training, reporting, and support of approval processes.
  • Design and manage benefits programs, including benefits administration for the APJ region.
  • Work closely with HR Analytics to develop dashboards that support decision-making and performance measurement.
  • Develop and deliver training/communications on compensation and benefits programs.
  • Provide guidance to Talent Acquisition on competitive offers.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant compensation and benefits experience.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and process management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management in a professional and positive manner.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, CompXL, and/or survey management tools is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate vision into action, manage multiple priorities, improve operations, and maintain positive and productive relationships while delivering results.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to consider multiple audiences, bring people along, and drive change throughout the organization.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Relentless focus on quality and accuracy.
