Brand Strategist

As a Brand Strategist, you will develop and execute tactical marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute tactical marketing plans aligned with business objectives
- Manage and optimize cross-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, events, etc.)
- Oversee content creation and messaging for marketing materials, website, and campaigns
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure cohesive brand communication
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and customer acquisition
- Familiarity with graphic design or creative tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva)
- Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, SEO/SEM, CRM, email automation)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to analyse data and market trends to drive strategy
- Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot)
- 3+ years of proven experience in a marketing management role
