We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our HR function as a People Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a passion for HR, and a strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the People team to deliver an exceptional employee experience, providing high-level customer service and exploring opportunities to innovate and advance our People Operations processes.

HR Administration

  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence in HRIS.
  • Manage employee data in HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity and meeting employee experience processes (e.g., referral payments, sign-on bonuses).

Systems, Automation & Reporting

  • Ensure rigorous quality assurance processes for all data entry tasks.
  • Develop automation of HR processes in HRIS to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
  • Ownership of the People Confluence space and HR Google Drive, keeping documents up-to-date and accurate.

Employee Relations

  • Provide timely support to employee inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and benefits through Zendesk triage.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions and performance management processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software.
